Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund To start a return, email us at revitalizeglowstore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns must be shipped to our designated returns facility at the customer's expense. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligible Refund Reasons:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item received
• Item never arrived (after 30 days from order date)

Non-refundable situations:

• Change of mind after item has shipped
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Requests made after 30 days

Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
